About the Author

Born in Pasadena, California, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Lynn is the middle child in her family of three girls. After graduating from Oregon State University, she began her career in the fashion industry starting as a management trainee and working her way up to buyer.

In 1985, she married Greg Brown. Their son Max was born in 1989 and their daughter Anna in 1991. By this time, Lynn had left retail and become a sales representative. She spent seven years in sales, loving every minute of it.

When Max was seven and Anna was five, Lynn decided to quit her job and become a full time mom. After years of volunteering as room mom, team mom, peacemaker, humorist and all else family related, the nest was empty and it was time for a new chapter in life.

Having always said she would love to write a children’s book, it never occurred to her that the book she would write would be the story of her own children.  Lynn started Three in 2010 and completed it in 2013.

Today Lynn is a church volunteer and avid gardener.  As an excited new author, she is ready to share her story of faith in her new book Three.
